What is included in our car rental prices
Our rental prices include:

Booking request and confirmation
A booking request made through the website is not a final confirmed reservation. Your booking becomes confirmed only after our team checks vehicle availability and confirms the rental details by email, phone or WhatsApp.
No online payment is required when sending a booking request through the website. Any payment, deposit, insurance option or additional service will be explained before the rental is confirmed or stated in the rental agreement.
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is 2 days.
Driver requirements
The minimum driver age is 23 years. Please contact us in advance if the driver is under 23 years old.
The main driver must present a valid driving licence and a passport or ID. An international driving permit may be required if the driving licence is not in English or does not use Roman characters.
Only drivers named and approved in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must be declared and approved before driving.
CDW insurance with excess
The rental price includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance with excess, provided that the rental agreement terms and traffic laws are followed.
A deposit or excess amount is required and depends on the car category and insurance option. The exact amount will be confirmed before the rental agreement is signed.
Insurance does not cover off-road driving, driving outside permitted areas, unauthorised drivers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traffic violations, or other breaches of the rental agreement.
Damage to tyres, wheels, windscreen, mirrors, underside, interior, lost keys and personal belongings may not be covered by standard CDW and may remain the renter’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fuel policy
The fuel level is recorded at the start of the rental. The car must be returned with the same fuel level unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Driving in Cyprus and Northern Cyprus
The vehicle may be driven on public roads within the Republic of Cyprus, in accordance with the rental agreement.
Insurance coverage does not apply in Northern Cyprus. If the vehicle is driven to Northern Cyprus, the renter is fully responsible for any damage, recovery, towing and related costs.
Accidents, breakdowns and fines
In case of an accident or breakdown, the renter must contact MYCAR immediately and follow our instructions. In case of an accident, the renter must not move the vehicle unless it is necessary for safety and must contact the police if required.
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking fines, speeding fines and other violations during the rental period.
Changes and extensions
Rental changes and extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability and must be agreed with MYCAR before the scheduled return time.
No hidden fees
No hidden fees are added without prior confirmation. Any additional charges, such as special delivery, optional extras, late return, fuel difference or additional insurance, will be explained before confirmation or stated in the rental agreement.
